Medic looked over at a small wall-mounted radio as Mac's voice came crackling through over it requesting the medevac assistance. She looked at the clock, trying to gauge when they would arrive.

Looking over at Jordan, Medic gave a faint smile. "Not long now indeed."

"We're after the plane. Someone decided they wanted it." Seba replied, shooting a few rounds at some guards that were approaching; the guards dropping either from her shots or from Demetrius' sniper rifle.

"Hey Lepper, you coming down from there ever? I'd rather get this done sometime soon.." She tapped the earpiece to let Valerie know she was talking to someone on the other end.

Jordan nodded. Grabbing what supplies she would need and stuffing it all into her pack, Jordan grabbed her heavy coat and made her way over to the receiver on the wall radio: "Copy that, Dog Company. We're on our way. Go red. Over and out." With that, Jordan threw on her coat and grabbed her gear. "Be back in a few." she muttered to Medic, then stepped out of the hatch and ran down to the hangar.

She hoped the medevac pilots were alerted of her coming. When she got down to the hangar, the only pilot she saw in the cockpit was in the chopper "Tender Love and Care". Wonderful. Jordan ran over and knocked on the port hole, startling the pilot. "Mind giving me a lift? There's a trooper in need of medevac." The pilot nodded. "Sure thing. Know where we're going?" She thought for a moment, trying to figure out where exactly they were going. "Hell if I know, bud. All I know is it's an Airborne trooper, one of the boys in Dog company, and we'll be looking for a smoke signal."

The pilot simply nodded. "Hop in. I'll get you there in no time."

With that, Jordan hopped into the cabin of the chopper just as the engines began to flare to life. They were on their way. She just hoped it wouldn't take long; blood loss was always a test of time.

"Oh, you think trip wires are a simple tiptoe through the tulips? We already got a guy wounded back there, and two guys, including our combat medic, are now gonna be taking that evac out." He fired several pockshots at the incoming security from the small checkpoint booth. He reloaded the carbine rifle he had in hand, cursing under his breath.

"Why the hell do we have bad luck with these stealth missions anyway!?"

"Probably because we need Parachutes, or, more Kittys, like Arcand Empire." Demetrius replied, a shell ejecting from the breech of his rifle and hissing as it met the snow, the hardened 7.52x54mmR round making short work of a guard's body armour.

"Get someone in that plane. Thirty millimetre guns on hydraulic gyroscopic mounts. They make short work of ground crew." Demetrius added, working as Lepper's advisor, "Otherwise, get a gunship in. They can escort flight, too." He grinned, pot-shotting two more rounds, both decking guards coming up on Seba and the brass-goggled girls.

"That modified Lancaster?.." she asked in surprised sounding reply as she pulled out her .45 magnum revolver once again and held it up at the guards, though, by the time she had, it seemed their sniper had taken them out.

"Let's get moving then," Valerie smiled, before running toward the east-exit door she had come from. If all the guards were pouring out from the front of the hanger, they had a better chance of sneaking in through the side.

Mac unfolded the stretcher, laying it down nearby. Another airborne trooper came over, carefully navigating the tripwires till he got there. Between the two of them, they lifted up the wounded man and lay him onto the stretched, picking it up and carefully navigating it back to a clear area. It was slow and arguous going, but they did it with time to spare.

Mac's radio crackled to life. "This is the TLC, anyone request a taxi service?"

Mac laughed, recognizing the voice. "This is Dog Company. Glad to have the assist. Poppin' Red smoke now!"

"Copy that. One more thing, if Medic finds out about that nice painting you did on my whirly bird, I won't be covering your ass this time."

"Whatever. You do remember to change the panels, right?"

"... fuck... I'll have to do it when I get back, and quickly..."

Mac signed off, pulling the red smoke out, and pulled the pin and popped the safety. He lobbed it nearby, the red smoke billowing out and into the sky.

Seba bolted after Valerie, following her though the side entrance. The guards that weren't heading outside were distracted and running everywhere; grabbing weapons, putting armor on that they probably should have had on in the first place, and getting in jeeps. An alarm was blaring.

None of the guards seemed terribly occupied with keeping an eye on the Lancaster.

"Lepper, we'll start picking people off in here, they're mounting up on jeeps, so heads up." Seba turned to Valerie, reloading the .40 as she did so. "This should be fun." With a grin she trotted off, staying low around cargo crates.

Valerie smiled back with a nod as she followed Seba behind the cargo crates, pulling her white hood down with a quiet sigh and let the snow fall off her coat.

"I passed the aircraft coming through that way," she said, pointing toward the open sliding divider which adjoined the room the two girls were in, to the next room to their right.
"Mind me asking who'll be flying?.. Don't think about asking me; I don't pilot." Val added as she placed her goggles upon the top of her head now they were indoors.

"That'd be the Captain, hopefully." Seba replied under her breath as a guard had decided to position himself near the two girls, his back to them.
Sneaking up on him on the balls of her feet, Seba pistol-whipped the unsuspecting guard and dragged the unconscious body back a bit behind the crates.

She then took his wallet.

"Let's get going then."
Heading past the open divider of the hangar, Seba stayed close to the wall.

"Nice hit.." she admired with a slight grin as Seba pulled the unconscious guard out of direct sight of anyone else if they happened to pass by. Val hadn't thought she would have been a good hand-to-hand fighter, but that hit easily proved her assumption wrong.

Valerie followed after Seba into the next room, revealing the tail-end of the large Lancaster which sat in the hanger, just around the wall's corner..
About five armed guards stood dotted about the room; most in front of the plane as they ensured that the treasure of an aircraft was safe..
Though.. they seemed blissfully ignorant in thinking their backs and the back end of the plane were protected by the guards just in the room Val and Seba had just visited...

Jordan looked through the forward port hole, a plume of red smoke billowing into the sky. "There." she muttered. The pilot maneuvered as fast as he could down to the spot. Meanwhile, Jordan got the needed supplies ready to get this guy out fast and with minimal blood loss. The helicopter gradually lost altitude and got closer and closer to the evac zone.

The metal cabin vibrated beneath her feet as the aircraft touched the ground. Jordan flung the cabin doors open, the pilot meeting her half way outside to grab a stretcher. The heavy snow stung her exposed face and legs. She had to move quick; the frigid temperatures were going against her time to save a life.

"Fuck." Jordan whispered to herself as she bolted towards the origin of the red smoke. She skidded to a stop at the view of the Airborne trooper, as well as the wounded soldier. "Sorry we're late." She said to the man and immediately went to work getting the trooper ready for transport.

"Jeeps!? Please tell me you're kidding me with that..." Lep cursed under his breath, reloading the .45 as he hid behind cover, the Airborne giving covering fire as they slowly moved into the air base. "We aren't equipped to take on any vehicles, and you know that damn well! Are they open air at least?" He unsheathed his blade, turning with .45 in hand out of cover, popping several shots before holstering it, the cavalry blade glistening a bit as he charged forward, running one of the guards through with it.

"Felix! Get in there! See if you can find those two ladies, get us a secure spot for getting that plane! Take two of the troopers with you! Best if you all didn't die, got that!? You cover them, they'll cover you!" He slid the blade out of the guard, kicking the body back and to the ground.

Felix blinked as he was given an order, before nodding, and standing purposely. "See if you can keep up," Felix grinned to two of the troopers, "My survival relies on speed." He added, before digging in his toes and leaping off the mark, trying to run fast - but not too fast that the troopers lost him completely.

Skidding onto the tarmac of the airfield, Felix bolted forwards at full pace as bullets peppered the ground behind him. He knew where they were; he could see the gunshots, smell their gunpowder, and their sweat - their fear. Leaping into the air, Felix flicked his wrists, causing all six blades of his wristblades to fly from their sheafs, before they slid like sword through snow into the ribs of an opposing militant, Felix's weight and the blades sending him to the ground.

Rolling behind cover where the hanger was 'visible', Felix removed the .38 Mac had given him, and fired several shots with over-enthusiastic recoil into several soldiers, trying to keep the troopers covered as best as possible.

Soon, the troops caught up with him, hiding behind the shelter as well, now and then popping a couple of shots off when anyone came to close. Reloading the revolver, Felix slapped it shut with some effort, before sighing quietly. "You keep the fire on, and... uh, I'll, try and cover you from the hanger!" He said, before leaping out again and speeding off to top speed, and soon sliding to a stop within the hanger, his wrist-blades making easy word of a guard's ribs, who screamed and stumbled out into the open, only to be cut to pieces by sniper and assault fire.

"Took you fuckin' long enough!" The two of them set the stretcher down, Mac looking on at the familiar pin up art alongside the Huey, his "edit" making it look more like Medic, wearing only a fatigues jacket, panties, and a combat medical helmet. Along her "portrait" were the words Tender Love and Care in red letters. He grinned. It was his best art to date.

"Right. Poor bastard's got shrapnel scattered and embedded all over the back part of his body. Thighs, calves, torso, arms, you name it. Miracle nothin' was severed or damaged too bad. I got him on a sedative, though we need to stabilize him a bit more before we can get him goin'."

Jordan surveyed the damage while listening to Mac as he gave her a better idea of his condition. "Nothing we can do here except control the bleeding." she said to Mac. "He'd be at risk of infection if I even touch one of these pieces of metal. I get him back to base and we can get him the right treatment there. I'll do what I can to keep the bleeding down on the way."

She turned her eyes to the Trooper's face. He inhaled sharply, his muscles convulsing with the shocks of pain from the shrapnel. "I'm gonna bring you home. You'll be okay."

Jordan looked to Mac again. "Let's get him on board."

Lep kept his gun trained on a few guards, the group hurrying over to the hangar, bullets slamming into the frost nearby. Another airborne trooper went down, two more behind him getting him back up on his feet, carrying him along with them. Sometimes, it paid to have two combat medics with them at all times.

Soon, they arrived, their backs slamming into the aluminium wall behind them. He looked over at the other medic, working on the wounded man as best he could, the others reloading their guns a bit easier.

"... alright, where are you, girls? We just got to the hangar. You inside?"

Lepper didn't receive a reply as Seba began crouching low to the ground, her .40 in her right hand and a bowie knife that she produced from a side pocket in her left. Making hand signals to Valerie for her to stay there and watch the entrance, she crept up to the farthest set of back landing gear, near where one of the guards were located. Jumping him, his throat was cut, and the body was carefully lowered so as not to make a thud.

She crept along the wall of the hanger until she was closer to the front, where the second guard was. Taking a quick glance at the other three, he received the same treatment.

Doing a roll, Seba landed under the front set of landing gear. Checking the positions of the three guards, who were clumped somewhat closely together, she put away the bowie knife and made sure the .40 was fully loaded. Taking aim at the third guard, she fired. He instantly fell, and the remaining two instinctively brought up their weapons, looking around wildly for where the shot came from. The fourth fell, and before the fifth had time to react, he had done likewise.

"... In the hanger, next to the bomber. Secured."

He was now in the hanger. His blades dripped, their smooth surface unwilling to hold any blood to them. Running rather quickly into the open, Felix leaped up onto the wing of the aircraft and then up onto the roof, before sliding down onto the opposite side and, with both hands, yanked open the door and slipped in silently.

Closing the door with some effort afterward, Felix smiled. He liked it in here. It was smaller, more confined... The air stayed more still... Taking a moment, he removed his ear-buds, and grinned as his perception of the world around him grew.

As far as he knew, the aircraft was empty of people, but with his ears working over-time to maintain his knowledge of the world around him, Felix made his way through his sonically defined world. "So... I'm in the plane, y'know; Its kinda nice in here," Felix grinned into the microphone, before frowning. "There, where two of Lepper's men trying to follow me, weren't there.." he muttered quietly.

Valerie walked along the hanger wall to the exit looking out at the open snowy landscape, peeking out at it to check no guards were standing on the outside of the hanger, or anywhere nearby. No, they had been taken care of already, most likely by the sniper she supposed.

After checking, she walked over to the large aircraft, placing her .45 revolver back in inside the furred coat. As she did, she caught sight of a flicking tail entering the Lancaster.

"All clear, Seba." she informed the woman still currently under the aircraft's frontal landing gear. "I think someone you know just got into the plane." she added.

Seba knew it was Felix that had gotten on the bomber due to what had come over the earpiece. Reloading the .40, she scanned the area again before heading out from underneath the plane; going back to the entrance where Valerie was.

"He's with us, yeah. Pantheran. Not who I was expecting to get in here though, LEPPER... We're running out of time."

The group ran in, carrying yet another fallen airborne member in with them, the combat medic rapidly working on the wounded man. "Don't think he's gonna make it, cap'n!"

"Fuck it all. Tell Mac he's taking the MEDEVAC home, we don't have time for this! You boys go man the gun turrets, same with yo- hello..." He stopped, his eyes looking at the crimson haired figure of the new person. He slinked over, opening his mouth to speak, three airborne boys promptly grabbing him by the scruff of the neck and yanking him into the massive Lancaster bomber, the entire squad answering in unison "NOT NOW!"

Valerie looked over her shoulder as she heard the men run in, biting her lip at seeing the poor wounded airborne member as the group ran into the room and got the injured onboard the Lancaster quickly.

She blinked at seeing one of the men walking over before he was hastily pulled into the aircraft by the others. "..O-Kay.." she thought to herself with a raised brow, before climbing into the lancaster herself too.

Felix had found himself in the cockpit of the aircraft, and frowned. "It'd be easier if I could actually see the switches.." he muttered. "Its hard to smell and see words." He added, before turning his head as everyone seemed to pile into the aircraft, his ears facing them all in unison.
"Oh! Y'made it." He grinned. "Its nice here. Its all warm and lacks flying bullets."

"So, what now?" he asked, blinking. "Do we, uh, take off, or something?" Felix asked, frowning with a slightly concerned flick of his tail.

Demetrius had left his spot and had run into the airbase, running for the hanger. The disarray of the attack had left the airstrip generally quiet, the last few straddlers somewhat unwilling to carry on fighting - it wasn't their time to die, it seemed. in one pocket, a grenade wrapped in wire bulged the material.

The hanger doors soon passed him, and with a grunt, Demetrius dragged himself into the aircraft, pushing himself to the cockpit and starting to pull the choke switches for all four engines, turning on fuel-injection pumps and engaging magnetic clutches for the superchargers.
Research had to be carried out on aircraft before you could steal it. Clambering into a gunship and then not knowing how to use it meant hours were spent just working out how to get away... Back at the base, he'd even made up a wooden replica, filled with dud switches and all.

"Grab summit stable." Demetrius grunted. "This not going to be smooth..." he added, before turning his head. "And someone grab guns on this thing! Last thing we need is plane getting shot up on takeoff..." he muttered, before pulling the covers on four switches on the roof, and pushed them all into the on. The starter-motors whined, the propeller turning, before the exhausts spluttered, choked and then burst into flame as the engine fired into life, the bored-out griffon engines working above designed maximum potential.

And before he could make sure everyone was secured, Demetrius strapped himself in, tuned off the chokes, and forced all four throttles forward.

Turning out of the hanger and onto the runway, Demetrius searched the controls, before pulling four switches out all the way. There was a heavy clunk! as planetary gearboxes disengaged, and reengaged at a higher ratio, the three-stage supercharger screaming above the sound of the engine as the boost dials shot to the end of their range, working the prototype engines beyond their designed capacities and towards the ceiling of their new, improved ranges of power. Soon pulling heavily on the controls, the front wheel lifted from the ground, before the craft itself lifted from the tarmac, the wheels soon folding in hydraulically with a pull of a lever.

With a quick dial of the radio, Demetrius got to the Foxes' designated frequency. "Boys, Cargo is in air! See you back home!" Demetrius grinned after placing the headset on, the altitude dial spinning towards 8,000 feet faster than Avro had previously intended.
